Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VoxVei(the “Service”) provided by VoxVei Inc. (“VoxVei,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

VoxVei is a cloud writing workspace with AI-assisted drafting, review, import, export, and related tools. Features, limits, and availability may change. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or remain inactive for extended periods, subject to applicable law.

You retain ownership of manuscripts, files, and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant VoxVei a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including AI features you request.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• Attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits, or security controls;
• Upload malware or interfere with the Service or other users;
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as permitted by law;
• Use AI features to generate content that violates provider policies or applicable law.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using AI-generated material. AI features consume plan credits and are subject to usage limits.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs are original, error-free, or suitable for publication without human review.

Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit packs—when offered—are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding (excluding User Content), is owned by VoxVei and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXVEI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoxVei from claims arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
